Worth writing about
- A product that needs to exist and does not yet, where the hard part is deciding what it should be rather than typing it.
- AI going into a programme that has none of it, including the enablement afterwards, which is usually the part that decides whether any of it survives.
- An agentic system that works in a demo and not in production, which is almost always an evaluation problem wearing a different hat.
- A startup where discernment, systems and taste are the scarce thing, and where breadth is treated as an asset rather than a lack of focus.
- Anything I have built, if you want to know how it actually went rather than how it reads.
Not worth writing about
Cold sales, link exchanges, guest posts and SEO offers go unanswered. Nothing personal, there are just a lot of them.
